How is the delivery price calculated?
Prices are calculated automatically based on several factors:
- Pickup location
- Delivery distance
- Number of stops
- Cargo size or weight
- Delivery time (weekends or after hours)
The system estimates the effort required to complete the delivery and generates the price instantly before booking.
What is the minimum delivery price?
The minimum delivery price is 8 EUR.
This minimum applies to the core delivery cost (pickup and distance). Additional services such as extra stops, cargo modifiers, or time-based surcharges may increase the final total.
Why do deliveries outside central Barcelona sometimes cost more?
Our riders operate most efficiently in central Barcelona where many deliveries happen throughout the day.
When a delivery takes us farther from this area, it may require additional travel between jobs. Pricing takes this into account to ensure deliveries remain reliable across the entire service area.
Why did the price change when I added stops?
Each stop adds time to a route. Riders need to safely stop, access the building, complete the handoff, and continue to the next location.
For routes with three or more delivery addresses, a small handling fee is added to reflect the additional time required.

What can cargo bikes deliver?
Cargo bikes are ideal for transporting:
- Boxes and cases
- Retail goods
- Documents
- Flowers
- Bakery deliveries
- Anything that fits and is not too delicate
Typical maximum capacity is around 80kg, depending on cargo type.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Most deliveries within Barcelona can be completed the same day depending on availability and distance, but it is always best to book ahead of time as it leaves less room for error.
We also offer a small discount for orders scheduled ahead of time.
Can I add multiple stops to a delivery?
Yes. You can add several delivery addresses when booking a route.
Multi-stop deliveries are often more efficient than placing several separate orders. It also comes out cheaper.

How do I book a delivery?
You can plan and book your route in a few simple steps:
- Enter pickup and dropoff addresses
- Select cargo type, date and time
- Review the instant quote
- Confirm and pay online
Once confirmed, you'll receive an order ID and tracking link.
Can I track my delivery?
We still don't offer live tracking through our system. What we do sometimes is share our WhatsApp live location with the order recipient, sender or both.
After booking, you'll receive a tracking link that allows you to follow the delivery updates.
Payments
When do I pay for the delivery?
Payment is completed during booking through the website.
Your delivery is confirmed once the payment is successful.
Can I use promo codes?
Yes. Promo codes can be entered during booking and will be applied to the final delivery price.

If you need to change delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order ID.
